No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our products—including but not limited to candles, fashion, fragrances, fine gifts, and artisanal items—we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, and once an order has been shipped, it becomes final and non-cancelable.

• Nairu reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Inability to contact the customer using the provided information,

  • Verification or fraud prevention measures,

  • Unavailability of products.

• We reserve the right to randomly select any order for verification before shipment. This may include requesting additional confirmation from the customer.

• Canceled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative and processing costs.
