Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES: Our orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3  business days for us to carefully prepare, pack and ship your order(s). Once your order is shipped it should arrive within 5-8 business days within the US and up to 2 weeks for international orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:  We are a small business and we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. We do our best to adjust shipping costs appropriately.

CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: We may need to contact you about your order. If the proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.

MISSING PACKAGES: If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact us immediately so that we can add this to your order. Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by USPS/UPS, or FedEx but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of Nairu™ Creations LLC to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is missing via USPS/UPS, or FedEx, please contact your local office of the respective "Shipping Company" with the Tracking number provided at the time of shipping your order, as they are best equipped to locate missing packages.

Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The provided information is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business are also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to resolve any situations that may arise.

DAMAGED ITEMS:  If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact "Shipping Company" and Nairu Creations immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.
